I am a dedicated HR and training professional with over 17 years of experience mentoring adult learners in military and federal environments. Currently, I am pursuing a master’s in training & development at National University, focusing on adult learning theory and instructional design. My proven ability to support academic and professional growth, facilitate onboarding and development programs, and deliver content in remote learning environments has been a cornerstone of my career.

In my recent role as a Human Resources Specialist at the Environmental Protection Agency, I work closely with management on recruitment and placement cases, analyzing staffing questions and making recommendations based on legislative and regulatory guidance. My experience includes developing relationships with managers to foster understanding and acceptance of proposed solutions, ensuring adherence to staffing practices, and leading projects that contribute to innovation and standardization of HR services agency-wide.
