What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a part-time position during the school year or a full-time summer role where I can apply my multilingual communication, confidentiality, customer service, and developing software engineering skills.

I'm currently interpreting French, English, and Haitian Creole conversations for Kelly Services in hospital and banking settings, where confidentiality, accuracy, and context matter every day.

I've transcribed sensitive exchanges for institutional records and adapted my register to clinical, financial, and regulatory situations. Previously, at Brera Inc. [Goodfood], I managed inventory, coordinated a 10-person team, trained new employees, and connected staff with management.

I'm completing a Political Science degree at UQAM alongside a minor in software engineering, building on earlier banking information systems experience at Sogebank.
