I'm looking to lead delivery operations, program management, or portfolio management for cross-functional digital teams, improving capacity planning, workflows, delivery quality, and client outcomes.

At Create Web Studios, I led delivery operations for 33 concurrent website and digital marketing projects, managing 14 direct reports across project management, account management, design, development, and delivery functions.

I partnered with the Founder/CEO to turn business priorities into delivery standards, operating cadences, workflows, and capacity plans. I reduced average task setup time from 40 minutes to 10 minutes and rebuilt client reporting processes that moved performance and quality from red to green within two weeks.

I’ve grown through web and graphic design, account management, project management, senior project management, and delivery operations.
