In my experience as an administrative assistant supporting both a business owner and a director, I handled day-to-day operations that required reliability and good judgment managing correspondence, organizing files, coordinating schedules, responding to memorandums, and making sure priorities were always clear. Those roles taught me that strong administrative support isn’t just about completing tasks; it’s about anticipating needs and keeping things moving without being asked twice.
I also have three years of experience in Human Resources, where I worked in workforce planning, position analysis, and talent management within a public sector institutions. Part of my role involved drafting technical opinions based on labor regulations, conducting research, updating occupational profiles, and coordinating responses across different institutional areas. This gave me a strong foundation in organizational structure, regulatory compliance, and clear professional writing.
Prior to that, I spent nearly two years in bilingual sales supporting clients in the United States and Canada. Working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment sharpened my ability to communicate professionally in English under pressure, manage client relationships, and consistently meet performance targets. It also reinforced something I already believed: that how you treat people matters as much as what you deliver.
I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Foreign Languages with English Orientation, graduating Cum Laude from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de Honduras, along with a certified specialization in Human Resource Management from the University of Minnesota. I am also currently completing a Law Degree, which has deepened my understanding of labor regulations and administrative processes. My English proficiency is C1 level, both written and spoken, and I am comfortable working with tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
