I've built and led digital systems, marketing, web, media, and technology delivery for diverse clients through MOONIA Creative Space, the multidisciplinary agency I founded and led from 2018 to 2025.

I direct cross-functional teams spanning development, design, content, marketing, and operations, translating business needs into practical workflows, timelines, deliverables, and measurable execution plans. I've implemented AI-assisted workflows for research, content production, campaign planning, and operational efficiency.

At ISSSTE Durango, I led institutional digital communication and social media operations, coordinating content calendars, approvals, campaigns, analytics, and executive reporting. I also produced and supervised high-volume content systems, including more than 1,500 static assets and 700 videos.

My experience also includes developing web applications and internal tools at TCI SELECT, consulting on end-to-end digital projects at OneSOUL Consulting, and delivering real-time English-Spanish interpretation remotely at LanguageLine Solutions.
