I’m looking for a team where I can lead data-driven operations for creative work—partnering cross-functionally, building scalable quality and onboarding, and driving measurable retention and growth through empowered teams and seamless execution.

I’m a Creative Operations Leader with 7+ years driving operational excellence and transforming how creative teams operate, scale, and deliver. I build data-driven frameworks—from quality system overhauls and onboarding programs to KPI-led decision-making—while keeping attention to detail and high standards non-negotiable.

I’ve led large QA and production teams, partnering with Product to improve platform efficiency (including a QA Auto-Assigner that reduced quality review time from 20 to 12 minutes). I also redesigned onboarding using platform sentiment data to reduce escalations and improve first-month retention, migrated collaboration from Slack to a Jira support desk for full visibility, and strengthened proactive coaching by rebuilding sentiment analysis accuracy from 10% to 70–80%.
