What I'm looking for
I’m a customer service and administrative leader with experience across inbound & outbound support, documentation review, and client/tenant communication. I focus on service quality, compliance, and clear resolution pathways for issues from application to move-in.
In real estate administrative support, I reviewed and verified tenant documentation prior to move-in, including identification and Right to Rent checks. I managed tenant communication for applications, move-ins, renewals, and general queries, and supported landlords, tenants, and internal teams through dispute & refund handling.
Previously, as a program engagement leader and a team leader for customer service, I managed scheduling and coordination, documentation & record management, and data entry & reporting. I planned and executed engagement strategies to improve program performance, monitored absenteeism and customer satisfaction trends, and led/coached customer service teams supporting international clients.
