I’m an Operations & Project Manager who thrives in fast-changing, high-impact environments. I bring a practical, structure-first approach to digital operations—building clarity, systems, and repeatable workflows that teams can actually use.

In my recent freelance work (Project Operations Manager), I supported operations for a digital freelancer network by designing processes and strengthening internal coordination. I developed playbooks for recurring workflows, established clear communication structures, and built onboarding and matching systems to improve efficiency and consistency.

Previously, as a Tourism Manager onboard a luxury cruise ship, I led a team of 7 and owned end-to-end operational responsibility—planning, budgeting, documentation, reporting, and sales. I also coordinated international service providers across constantly changing locations, ensuring smooth execution in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

I’m equally comfortable with the “front-to-back” operational details and the tooling side of scaling. I’ve built onboarding systems, drove playbook development and standardization, implemented tools, and used workflow automation and LLMs to keep operations moving with sustainable quality and speed.
