What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead scalable learning operations, workforce-development, compliance, and employee-readiness programs where I can partner across teams, improve systems with data, and build practical learning solutions.

At Premier Medical Resources and Townsen Memorial Hospital, I lead learning, workforce-development, compliance, and education-partnership initiatives supporting approximately 1,500 learners across a multi-entity healthcare organization.

I turn capability, performance, and compliance needs into learning pathways, onboarding frameworks, competency-based programs, SOPs, assessments, and manager tools. I also coordinate instructor-led, virtual, and digital learning across multiple locations.

I build dashboards, recurring reports, and tracking processes that surface participation, completion, compliance risk, readiness, and implementation gaps. In workforce operations, I helped improve an approval process from approximately 42% compliance to more than 98% within one year.

My background spans healthcare and education, including direct leadership of 15 employees and teams of up to seven. I bring an M.Ed. in Educational Psychology and hands-on experience with LMS administration, SCORM development, instructional design, facilitation, and cross-functional program management.
