At NAPA Auto Parts, I coordinate full-cycle hiring support for more than 150 open retail and delivery requisitions, working with over 100 store managers. I schedule more than 50 interviews each week and manage candidate communication from application through offer.
I built a Python and Outlook automation that generated offer emails from templates, cutting turnaround time by the amount stated in my resume and reducing manual errors. I also built a Power BI model from Workday data to prioritize aging requisitions and generate a weekly schedule of 20–40 candidate calls per day.
Previously, at Massage Envy, I built trusted client relationships through consultative conversations and solution-based selling. I ranked in the company-wide top three in sales initiatives and was named Q4 2024 Sales Associate of the Month.
