I've built high-volume recruiting pipelines and supported inspection center launches at Carvana, contributing to locations including Tooele, Oklahoma City, Chesterfield, University Park, Rocklin, Bessemer, Elyria, Indiana, Haines City, West Memphis, Concord, and Heath.

As a Support Specialist, I maintain training documentation, create best-practices manuals, manage hiring-event pipelines, and train recruiters on recruiting processes and SOPs. I've successfully implemented and audited four hiring events and trained more than 40 recruiters across multiple levels.

Earlier at Carvana, I handled full-cycle recruiting for entry-level through mid-management inspection-center roles, sourced passive talent nationwide, and supported staffing goals. I scheduled more than 400 interviews as a Recruiting Coordinator and achieved a 55% conversion-to-hire rate from March through June 2019.

My background also includes case management at Southwest Network and parts operations leadership at CarMax, where I supervised associates, managed a $40,000 parts inventory, and supported reconditioning operations.
