What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build and improve operational systems where I can combine business analysis, software delivery, and cross-border operations to create measurable efficiency gains.

At Easyride Urban Quest, I lead a six-person team supporting around 40 riders across rider-program and motorcycle-rental operations. I managed performance as weekly invoiced earnings grew 128% year over year, from SGD 17,585 to SGD 40,116.

I built and deployed a Dockerized payroll platform with TypeScript, Next.js, Fastify, Prisma, and PostgreSQL. It replaced spreadsheet workflows and cut weekly payroll processing from three days to two to three hours.

At PT Rumah Mahardika Karsya, I digitise fleet servicing through Iter and develop NgantorCuy for attendance, leave approvals, scheduling, and fleet servicing. I translate business requirements into internal systems while coordinating vendors, payroll data, and reporting.

I also manage sales administration and distribution for Indonesia, from orders and invoices through delivery and payment tracking. My work spans operations leadership, collections, software delivery, and cross-border coordination between Singapore and Indonesia.
