What I'm looking for

I’m available for remote work from Indonesia or hybrid work requiring office attendance in Bandung. I can work approximately 30 hours per week, with hours negotiable, and am flexible across time zones.

At PT Multi Garmenjaya (Cardinal), I mapped product data and catalog workflows across Shopify, Jubelio, Shopee, Blibli, and TikTok Shop. I designed an Excel-based product description workflow with item and BOM code matching, structured prompts, and validation checks.

I reviewed Shopify analytics and audited the site’s navigation, product pages, search, cart, and checkout. I documented funnel friction and organized UX and conversion recommendations into a prioritized backlog.

At Telkom University, I supported Operations Management practical sessions using POM-QM and Excel QM, and assisted students with quantitative-methods learning activities. In student leadership, I coordinated 104 committee members for a program serving more than 500 participants across four departments.

My independent projects include a personal portfolio, website concepts, operational prototypes, and personal automation. I’m also investigating product information integrity across e-commerce channels in the PT Multi Garmenjaya context.
