"I'm a passionate customer service specialist with more than 3 years of extensive experience. I find this experience very rewarding, as I enjoy helping and connecting with people while I earn and learn at the same time.

It required skills such as high attention to detail, quick learning, multitasking, and email handling, to name a few. I also have a background in document auditing and inbound call handling, and outbound courtesy calls.
