I’m looking for corporate opportunities in operations, administration, customer success, patient access, scheduling, or management—where I can lead teams, streamline workflows, and deliver consistently excellent customer/patient experiences.

I’m an accomplished operations and customer service leader with 5 years of experience at MDHearing, including 3 years in management. I’m known for strong leadership, attention to detail, and improving efficiency while managing multiple priorities. I focus on consistent execution across inventory, records, and customer experience.

As an MDHearing Manager (2021–Present), I lead and supervise a team of 10 employees to ensure productivity, accountability, and operational excellence. I oversee inventory management, product tracking, stock reconciliation, and reporting, and I manage shipping, receiving, returns, exchanges, and refund processes. I also maintain acceptance logs, operational records, and compliance documentation with a high degree of accuracy.

I create and maintain Excel spreadsheets used to monitor inventory, operational metrics, shipments, and returns, and I use quality testing of hearing aids prior to distribution to support dependable outcomes. I train and mentor staff members to strengthen performance and professional development, and I resolve customer concerns and escalated issues while maintaining high satisfaction. I collaborate across departments to improve workflow efficiency and operational effectiveness.

Before management, I worked as an Operations Associate / Hearing Aid Support Specialist (2019–2021), supporting day-to-day operations, customer service, and product fulfillment. I processed customer orders, returns, exchanges, and service requests, performed hearing aid testing and quality assurance procedures, and maintained inventory records. I also provided phone and email support while using spreadsheets and databases to ensure accurate documentation and reporting.
