Owned centralized management of CRE portfolios to support organizational goals, including launch milestones and improvement projects. Oversaw deployment milestones for individual buildings and built an ongoing support and engagement cadence for stronger customer relationships.

Owned enterprise and CRE deployment process and managed global customer relationships. Defined CRE-specific customer journeys by contrasting multi-tenant vs. CRE requirements and built an executive business case for a dedicated CRE team to enhance customer experience.

Served on an organizational redesign team by developing roles and responsibilities, KPIs, and training for the Buyer Account Management team. Led operational reorganization efforts by reassigning and creating new processes and roles across multiple departments while managing team execution during change.

Led a sales team of 8 and managed approximately 600 corporate clients with an annual average of $215MM GMV. Built cross-department relationships by acting as the primary liaison for client management and regularly presented sales and revenue reports and forecasts to senior leadership.

Managed a book of 100+ corporate clients, guiding sellers, brokers, and buyers through the online auction process and coordinating transactions across internal teams. Oversaw quality control for marketing and advertising assets by ensuring completeness and accuracy of data, documents, and images, and managed day-to-day workload across client coordinators and transaction managers.

Developed and executed lead generation and new revenue strategies based on auction performance. Monitored biweekly auctions and maintained an understanding of sales results across multiple asset classes.

Provided sales, marketing, and administrative support to a top-producing home mortgage consultant. Managed relationships with active and prospective clients and delivered superior customer service.

Completed 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher training and Yin certification between 2018 and 2019.
