What I'm looking for
I’m an AVP Relationship Management leader with experience owning high-impact client outcomes across enterprise and CRE customers. At CMBS: CLOSER, I managed “Steady State” usage, launched books of work, and translated client needs into product enhancements—transitioning to primary Relationship Manager for a top client within my first 9 months.
I’ve also built and led delivery and scaling functions, including taking over leadership of the Implementations Team managing 4 members and running multiple simultaneous client implementations. Earlier, I served as a CRE Portfolio Manager and Enterprise Success Project Manager, where I owned global deployment relationships and developed business cases for CRE-dedicated resourcing; I also led organizational redesign and client-facing operational reorganization as a CRE Account Management Manager and Client Management Manager.
