What I'm looking for

I am looking for a full time role in e-commerce, technology industries, where I hope I can leverage my previous experience and skillset in project management, customer experience, stakeholder management, marketing and business support, and operations improvement.

At Amazon, I led the Singapore Customer Service Concession and Andon Cord programs, working with teams in India and Singapore to reduce defects and costs and improve customer experience. I used business reviews and root cause analysis to identify drivers and recommend actions, and the programs achieved and exceeded their annual goals in 2022 and 2023. I also worked voluntarily as the Global Chapter Success Partner for Connect@Amazon (Amazon internal community) in the APAC region, including community strategy planning and members coaching and recruiting.

As Customer Experience Manager and China Region Lead at Onbe, I represented the China program and business development, established metrics, reports, and SOPs for the account management team, and worked with clients across pre-launch and post-launch phases. I also analyzed customer data and supported payment-journey troubleshooting.

My experience also includes FBA logistics product marketing at Amazon, account development at Forrester Research, and marketing project management at Alinea Productions. At Forrester Research, I worked on marketing and branding (pre-sales), and client engagement (post-sales), and built up digital marketing channel and initiatives from zero to one.
