I drove two large-scale programs to 100% delivery by aligning teams on requirements, milestones, risks, and next steps.
I managed responses to 200+ hardware requirements for the Japanese market, coordinating feasibility assessment, software adaptation, and compliance certification. I partnered with carrier customers, including SoftBank, and regional teams to clarify requirements and support on-schedule market launch.
At Shanghai KEENON Robotics Co., Ltd., I collected customer and distributor feedback and translated recurring needs into product-improvement inputs. I also created scenario-based solutions and customer-facing materials, and delivered product and technical enablement for distributor partners.
