As a Product Manager for WW Digital Marketing Transformation at Lenovo IDG, I led a global rollout of the Marketing Power App across four regions in just two months, coordinating UAT, stakeholder sign-off, and go-live across time zones. I also managed licensing and capacity planning for 400+ enterprise users, while driving product adoption to 99% by positioning the app as the single source of truth for worldwide marketing operations.

I built and operationalized AI-native workflows, including an AI-powered Newsletter Generator using Google AI Studio, Claude Code, Bolt.new, and ChatGPT—cutting reporting effort by 80% and improving clarity and delivery satisfaction (90%+). I ran bilingual “Train the Trainer” enablement across all regions and acted as the primary liaison across product, engineering, and marketing operations in 10+ countries.
