Lin Zhu
@linzhu1
I’m an AI product strategist and program manager building user-focused LLM apps and end-to-end pipelines.
What I'm looking for
I’m an MBA graduate from China Europe International Business School, and I bring global project management experience from Amazon where I led cross-regional work that protected revenue and improved data quality. I’m strongest at connecting product logic to real-world constraints—especially when accuracy, compliance, and usability must balance together.
At Amazon, I served as a Program Manager/Account Manager (project focused), coordinating EU and China teams to close compliance gaps in the new listing process. I also improved item data quality by resolving large volumes of defective listings, while using data analysis and Python-based automation to streamline project initiation and reduce manual workload.
Today, I’m focused on AI product strategy and user experience optimization. I independently designed and launched multiple AI applications with end-to-end pipelines—from content understanding and scene recognition to push strategy—applying product-safety thinking (including boundary judgment) and evaluation approaches to reduce hallucinations and improve intent recognition.
My AI projects reflect how I work: identify the true user pain point, build the pipeline, evaluate systematically, and iterate with feedback. I’m energized by roles where I can own product direction, collaborate cross-functionally, and turn LLM capabilities into dependable, measurable experiences.
