I’m looking for a role where I can own accurate reconciliations, improve daily process flow, and support teams with strong documentation and fraud awareness while driving faster resolutions and measurable performance.

I’m an Account Reconciliation Specialist with experience in timely processing of payment allocation and account terminations. I ensure account receivable satisfies the correct account, investigate and reallocate misapplied funds, and identify fraud while notifying the appropriate chain of command.

Earlier, I worked as a Loss Recovery Specialist handling delinquent and terminated accounts through outbound/inbound collections for total loss insurance claims and lease-end issues. I also supported accounting, collections, and sales at PDJ Services, including QuickBooks monthly A/P & A/R, credit/chargeback review, and chargeback research and response—backed by 20+ years in corporate operations.
