I’m a detail-oriented Collections Specialist with over 19 years of experience in Accounts Receivable and Collections. I bring a strong self-starter mindset, clear communication, and a commitment to excellence—especially when I’m managing high-volume, multi-currency work across complex systems.

In my most recent Collections Specialist role (10/2023–Present), I handle weekly contract reading, forecasting on open invoices, and end-to-end collections calls to drive results. I work daily in tools including Salesforce, Workday, Jira, and Microsoft products, and I’ve consistently collected 4.4M each month while supporting escalated processes, disputes, tax-exempt review workflows, write-offs, and bankruptcy documentation.

Previously as Collections Specialist III (9/2019–5/2023), I met $2M monthly goals and $7M quarterly goals by running admin aging reports, validating invoices via reporting tools, and managing past-due account queues in NetSuite. I also supported cash application investigations (ACH/Wire/Check reconciliations), prepared accounts for legal demand letters, completed quarterly mass void lists, and helped train new hires and managers.

Earlier in my career, I built deep dispute and accounting fundamentals through Senior Chargeback Representative work at Yelp and Accounting Analyst work at Circle K. I ran reports using SQL/data warehouse tools, coordinated chargeback reversals across major payment portals, and created Standard Operating Procedures while training teams—skills that still shape how I resolve disputes and keep collections processes accurate and efficient.
