What I'm looking for

I am seeking HR roles that leverage employee relations, recruitment, and administration skills in a collaborative, mission-driven organization with opportunities for professional growth.

I am a Human Resource and Administration professional with over seven years of progressive experience supporting HR operations, employee relations, and administrative services. I am currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Public Administration (NIPA, 2025–2026) and am a registered member of ZIHRM.

In my current role as Human Resource Officer – Employee Relations, I manage recruitment, contracts, grievances, staff welfare, fleet and transport logistics, and support HR policy implementation and budgeting. Previously, I served as a Customer Service Assistant where I supervised general staff, maintained records and filing systems, and supported lecture scheduling and student services.

I have performed several acting roles including Accommodation Officer and Student Affairs Officer, overseeing room allocations, hostel upkeep, counselling, welfare programs, and student events. My background also includes managerial and frontline customer service roles in the private sector, where I managed daily operations, inventory, and performance reporting.

I bring strong communication, organizational efficiency, and a commitment to effective HR service delivery, with practical skills in policy implementation, records and data management, fleet and accommodation oversight, and Microsoft Office.
