What I'm looking for
I am a customer-focused and highly organized professional with over six years of experience in customer service, records management, and administrative support. I combine strong front-line client relations with disciplined recordkeeping and a commitment to confidentiality.
During my time as a Customer Care Officer I supported over 500 clients monthly and helped maintain and safeguard 2,000+ records, improving billing accuracy and service delivery. I implemented customer feedback systems and produced routine reports that informed management decisions.
Recently I completed an HR internship at the National Registration, Passport and Citizenship office where I prepared employee files, digitized records, monitored leave and attendance, and supported HR policy implementation. That hands-on exposure strengthened my foundation in HR administration and reporting.
