What I'm looking for

I am seeking an HR role in public health where I can lead HR systems, improve workforce planning, and deliver training in a collaborative, mission-driven organization.

I am a results-oriented human resources professional with over a decade of service in the Zambia Public Service under the Ministry of Health, currently leading HR functions at Roan Antelope General Hospital. I specialize in payroll administration, recruitment, workforce forecasting, training plan development, and iHRIS administration.

Throughout my career I have managed personnel emoluments, HR returns, performance management systems, records management, and coordinated institutional events while serving as a trainer for the Integrated Human Resource Information System. I hold a Diploma in Human Resource Management and am pursuing further studies in business and peace and security.

I bring strong work ethics, adaptability, conflict-resolution skills and proven interpersonal abilities to drive HR improvements, institutionalize training and ensure compliance with conditions of service and separation processes.
