I’m a detail-oriented HR professional with hands-on experience in Learning and Development and administration. I support training coordination, reporting, and employee records management with a strong focus on accuracy and professionalism.
In my current role, I assist in coordinating training programs within the organization, updating training expenditures by department to ensure budget alignment. I maintain training records to track the expiration of licenses and ensure mandatory course licenses stay up to date.
I manage end-to-end logistics for learning activities, including travel arrangements outside the country—handling travel forms, flight bookings, ticket acquisition, visa forms, and coordinating hotels. I also liaise with departmental heads to keep the training calendar on track and ensure priority for mandatory courses.
Previously, I served as an HR Administration Officer and Administration Officer, scheduling interviews, updating internal databases with new hire information, and preparing HR metrics reports. Earlier, I worked across administration and control roles, building strong organization skills through records management, budgeting, event coordination, and incident reporting.
