I’m a Human Resource Management student and entry-level HR professional focused on using my HR knowledge and interpersonal skills to deliver excellent customer service while building positive client relationships. In my work as an Administrative Assistant at Linus and Partners (Lusaka), I welcomed clients, directed them to the appropriate legal personnel, prepared and typed legal documents, and maintained a well-organized filing system.

I also strengthened my customer engagement skills as a Sales Agent at Prudential Life Assurance Company, where I promoted and sold products/services, provided product information, answered client queries, and offered tailored recommendations. I met and exceeded monthly sales targets, maintained strong client relationships to encourage repeat business, and supported accurate customer record-keeping while participating in product training and team meetings.
