I’m looking for a remote-first or hybrid role where I can support executives and customers in a fast-paced, high-volume environment—handling schedules, complex inquiries, and documentation with professionalism and strong communication.

I’m an administrative and customer support professional with over 3 years of experience in high-volume environments, both on-site (government) and remote. I bring proven expertise in executive assistance, stakeholder communication, and first-contact issue resolution—staying calm, organized, and customer-focused even when demands are constant.

In my roles, I manage schedules, coordinate meetings, handle travel documentation, and maintain accurate digital filing systems. I also support clients with email/call handling, ticket management, de-escalation, and complaint resolution, using Microsoft Office Suite (advanced in Excel, Word, and Outlook) to draft official documents, reports, and correspondence.
