I’m looking for a remote or back-office role where I can process and review insurance claims, research policy/account discrepancies, and deliver accurate, confidential documentation in fast-paced workflow queues with clear turnaround expectations.

I’m a claims processing and account-resolution professional who supports insurance claims through careful documentation review, discrepancy research, and accurate record updates. I bring a strong quality-and-completeness mindset, working to confirm forms and correspondence before anything moves forward.

In my roles as a Claims Processor (including commercial workflows), I reviewed loss details, policy information, claim notes, and submitted documentation to verify data accuracy. I identified inconsistencies, updated electronic claim files, and prepared records to be clear and easy to audit—while using sound judgment to decide what stays routine versus what needs escalation or further investigation.
