What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own scheduling, handle inbound calls, process payments by phone, and follow up to ensure customers have a great experience—working with a team that values responsiveness and clear communication.

I’m highly organized with a positive disposition and quick to learn new skills. In my reservation and office roles, I focus on keeping schedules on track, handling inbound communication, and ensuring customers feel supported.

Since June 2015, I’ve worked as an Office Manager at Manifest Destiny Mobile RV Repair, where I answer all inbound calls, manage scheduling, and accept payments by phone. I also follow up with customers on their experience to make sure issues are addressed.

Before that, I was an Office Manager at GNC Carpenters (May 2014 – June 2015), continuing the same core responsibilities: answering inbound calls, scheduling, accepting payments by phone, and following up with customers. I bring consistency, responsiveness, and a customer-first approach to every interaction.
