At Happiest Minds Technological Limited, I provided first-line application support for business-critical applications, resolving end-user technical issues through tickets, chats, and emails within SLA requirements.

I supported issues related to the Gonzalez Reynoso Foundation, scholarships, communities, and the Northgate Markets app, including CIAM database and error-handling work. I use ServiceNow, JIRA, Zendesk, Postman, AnyDesk, and Active Directory to diagnose issues, maintain interaction records, and protect confidential customer data.

I collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure a seamless client experience, handle multiple chats and emails at once, and escalate critical performance issues. I also contribute to project planning through scope definition, risk assessment, and scheduling.

Earlier at Sky Labs Info, I developed ETL jobs and mappings using Talend Data Integration, loading data from Oracle, flat files, TXT, CSV, and XML sources into relational databases. I implemented Slowly Changing Dimensions Types 1, 2, and 3.
