What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an application or technical support role where I can resolve client issues, manage support operations within SLAs, collaborate across teams, and continue growing in project management and technical support.

I've supported business-critical applications at Happiest Minds Technological Limited, serving as the first point of contact for end users with technical issues.

I manage tickets, chats, and emails within SLAs, assisting with login issues, account setup, troubleshooting, and timely resolution of client queries. I document customer interactions in ServiceNow, JIRA, and Zendesk while protecting confidential information.

I supported Gonzalez Reynoso Foundation, scholarship and community issues, as well as Northgate Markets app issues using the CIAM database. I also monitored application performance, handled error scenarios, and used Postman, AnyDesk, and Active Directory for diagnostics.

Previously at Sky Labs Info, I developed Talend ETL processes to extract, transform, and load Oracle and flat-file data into relational databases. I built mappings for TXT, CSV, and XML sources and implemented Slowly Changing Dimensions Types 1, 2, and 3.
