I’m a results-driven professional with nearly 8 yrs of experience across Customer Service, Sales Training, Sales, Marketing, Brand Advertising, Promotional Marketing, and Area Management in automobile, consumer durable, and telecom industries. I’m known for managing operations end-to-end—customer relationship management, market analysis, and development of new markets and market segments.

In my current role as a Manager at Hyundai Motors India Limited (New Cars), I deliver exceptional customer experience while protecting profitability through strong people management and cost control. I train dealerships’ sales promoters through offline and online training, track quarterly profitability and customer satisfaction (third-party audit and internal reports), and ensure communication stays aligned across the booking to sell-out cycle.
