I’m looking for a role where I can grow distribution and revenue through data-driven sales strategy, coach a high-performing team, and deliver a delightful customer/merchant experience by quickly resolving escalations and acting on market feedback.

I’m an experienced Sales Manager with 9-year experience across B2B and B2C sales, focused on consumer service performance. I’m committed to surpassing revenue goals by analyzing data, targeting individual client needs, and executing effective go-to-market plans.

In my recent roles as Team Lead and Area Sales Manager, I’ve driven distribution and market share growth in assigned geographies. I plan market visits, benchmark performance, identify improvement areas through market intelligence, and use metrics and review mechanisms to track progress and outcomes.

I also manage high-impact merchant and customer issues—handling escalations, resolving them with internal stakeholders, and maintaining satisfaction.
