What I'm looking for

I am seeking a leadership role in certification or assessment programs where I can scale teams, drive inclusive exam development, integrate AI tooling, and deliver strategic, measurable program outcomes.

I am an experienced senior people leader with over a decade focused on high-stakes certification exam development, strategic program delivery, and large-scale team management. I have led teams ranging from 8–12 direct reports at AWS to 30+ at Vericant and prioritize operational excellence and inclusive leadership.

I developed and launched three new certification exams in 2024, increased item development by 34% YoY (2023–2024) with flat headcount and resources, and was awarded the 2024 AWS Training and Certification Leadership Principal Award. I authored the 2021 SME Training Handbook, founded a DEI-focused Test Development team at ABIM, and created a DEI-aligned assessment process adopted enterprise-wide.

I bring expertise in capacity forecasting, roadmapping, AI tooling integration, SME recruitment and training, and data-informed decision making.
