At Prometric, I lead the development, governance, maintenance, and refresh of high-stakes licensure and credentialing programs for external clients. I translate technical and policy-driven requirements into practical assessment strategy, exam architecture, content-bank decisions, and stakeholder guidance.

I partner with psychometricians, clients, SMEs, publishing, technology, project management, and account teams to strengthen quality, validity, fairness, and launch readiness. I also designed an automated SME communication workflow that reduced preparation time from approximately 60–80 minutes to 5–10 minutes while improving consistency and documentation.

Previously at Questar Assessment, I managed external-client assessment programs, facilitated workshops, and supported a pilot-based migration of approximately 10,000 assessment items to a new item bank. My earlier assessment and mathematics education work built my ability to turn complex standards and performance data into accessible learning and evaluation solutions.

I bring 13+ years in credentialing and assessment, 20+ years in education and learning, and three years of people leadership, including coaching a team of six Content Development Specialists.
