At Capgemini, I drove the development, testing, and validation of learning and performance management tools as the business transitioned to a skills-based learning design framework. I oversaw market research, user testing, and a pilot launch for a standardized learning assessment tool, presenting recommendations that earned executive support for a solution intended to impact 350,000 employees.
As a Learning & Talent Business Partner, I co-developed a gamified remote networking program adopted across four business units, strengthening engagement for more than 5,000 employees. I also designed and launched a SharePoint hub to centralize learning materials and event information for North America teams.
Alongside my Capgemini roles, I spearheaded CulturALL, the company’s first cultural diversity ERG, and served as National Lead and Advisor to the global ERG AsiaPacT. I partnered with the Global ERG team on CulturALL’s vision and monthly best-practice sharing, and supported the launch of Capgemini’s first month-long AANHPI celebration.
