I am looking for an entry-level IT Support role where I can utilize my technical skills and problem-solving abilities while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

I am a dedicated and detail-oriented IT Support Engineer with a B.Tech in Information Technology. My passion lies in fixing technical issues and providing effective IT solutions to ensure seamless system functioning. I have hands-on experience in troubleshooting hardware and software, and I am well-versed in various operating systems including Windows, Linux, and macOS.

Throughout my education and projects, I have developed a strong foundation in networking, cloud basics, and IT ticketing systems. My home lab setup allowed me to practice OS installation and networking, while my network troubleshooting case study honed my skills in diagnosing connectivity issues. I am eager to bring my technical and problem-solving skills to an entry-level IT Support role.
