Santosh Ale Magar

I am an IT support professional with hands-on experience in Windows Server management, network setup and troubleshooting, firewall and access control, and email configuration. I have practical experience with Active Directory, DHCP, DNS and system backup and maintenance.

I hold a Bachelor of Computer Application (2019–2024) from Ed-Mark Academy and have completed coursework and a certificate in Python Django framework. I contributed to college projects including a Doctor Appointment System and a Movie Recommendation System that emphasize user-focused design and basic recommendation logic.

My work history includes roles in office assistance, an internship at FTG Nepal, and an assistant IT officer position; I am currently working at ACP. I combine technical aptitude with strong communication, active listening, problem solving and decision-making skills.

I am eager to apply my technical skills, continue learning (digital marketing, technology communities), and grow within a dynamic team where I can contribute to IT support, web development, and project delivery.
