I am a motivated and enthusiastic Registered Computer Engineer with a strong foundation in IT support and network development. Currently, I serve as an IT Support Assistant at The British College, where I manage firewall and server operations, provide hardware assistance, and ensure effective IT support for both staff and students. My role involves meticulous IT asset management, reporting, and documentation, which has honed my organizational skills and attention to detail.

Previously, I worked with SUBISU Internet Service Provider as part of the L1 Support Unit, where I resolved user inquiries, provided technical support, and managed network inventory. My academic background includes a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Cosmos College, where I developed a solid understanding of programming and system management. I have also completed various projects, including an Event Management System and an Intrusion Detection System, showcasing my ability to apply theoretical knowledge to practical challenges.
