What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can provide reliable, patient IT support—troubleshooting hardware, software, and networks, maintaining Windows/Microsoft Office setups, and helping non-technical users resolve issues quickly.

I’m a motivated BSc IT student working as a Technical Support Assistant / IT Specialist, delivering hands-on support for office workstations, operating systems, and core productivity tools. I install, configure, and maintain Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office, and I troubleshoot hardware defects, software errors, and network connectivity issues.

I’m especially proud of my ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear, patient way for non-technical users. From diagnosing printer operational issues to helping with email setup and user account management, I focus on minimizing downtime and keeping IT operations reliable through active listening and problem-solving.
