My journey has allowed me to become more ambitious and goal-oriented. Currently, I am a Claims Handler at AXA Insurance, where I support customers during their time of need, ensuring their expectations are managed and providing the best outcomes while adhering to business objectives.

Throughout my career, I have developed strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach, working effectively both independently and as part of a team. My previous roles, including IT Support at the University of Kent and Customer Assistant at Tesco, have further enhanced my ability to handle diverse customer queries and technical issues.
