I guide users through remote troubleshooting via ServiceNow, investigate recurring authentication, SSO, VPN, and application-access problems, and document root causes and fixes. I also coordinate with IAM, Windows Server, Network, Database, and application teams to close complex enterprise incidents.
I manage MFA enrollment, BitLocker encryption, RBAC permissions, GlobalProtect VPN issues, endpoint troubleshooting, and healthcare-related support involving Epic EHR and HL7 fundamentals.
