I’ve spent more than 20 years supporting clients in five-star hospitality and international healthcare, communicating fluently in German, Spanish, and English.

Most recently, I ran day-to-day clinical operations for a private residential treatment facility in Thailand, reporting to the CEO. I grew the service, hired and trained staff, wrote SOPs, and led risk management, crisis intervention, rostering, and quality assurance.

In Australian methamphetamine outreach, I delivered case management, assessments, telehealth support, court reports, and pre-release planning for people navigating complex situations.

I also managed seven food and beverage outlets and 60 staff at a five-star hotel, bringing practical experience in scheduling, payroll, P&L, and team coordination. I’m equipped for reliable remote work from a quiet home office with fast fibre internet.
