I’m looking for a remote-friendly role where I can own customer success and client relations while coordinating operations, solving problems quickly, and leading teams to deliver consistent, high-quality service across international environments.

I’m an experienced operations and customer-facing professional with 15+ years managing fast-paced international hospitality environments, luxury guest experiences, and team operations. I’m known for strong communication, problem-solving, and operational organization that keeps service standards high and clients confident.

In my roles across international settings, I’ve supported workflow organization, quality control systems, and service standards, while training and supervising teams to deliver consistent results. I’ve also co-founded and built a hospitality business, managed staffing and supplier coordination, and handled customer issues professionally—turning operational complexity into smooth client experiences.
