What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote role where I can support international customers, run day-to-day operations, and grow in the digital world—learning new tools fast, adapting to your workflow, and bringing bilingual care and reliability.

I’m a Customer Service Lead with international experience in the healthcare sector, providing bilingual support to clients and patients while staying calm and effective in high-pressure situations.

I’ve led day-to-day operations through inventory control and stock optimization, and I’ve supported sensitive data handling and regulatory compliance. Along the way, I designed visual campaigns and point-of-sale marketing to strengthen patient/client engagement.

After 15 years working face-to-face with the public, I’m moving to Thailand to work remotely. I’m ready to adapt to your workflow, learn new tools, and bring my experience and maturity—plus beginner’s enthusiasm—to your digital team.
