I troubleshoot secure access issues involving VPN logins, digital certificates, physical security tokens, peripherals, and Microsoft 365 tools. I work carefully within data security and network protocols to keep users productive in a regulated environment.

Across more than a decade in wireless, retail, and communications sales, I've delivered product demonstrations, trained clients and team members, and built lasting customer relationships. At Eastlink, I managed and coached a team of six, used customer data to identify trends, and supported targeted marketing campaigns.

I'm looking to transition my hands-on troubleshooting, user education, and technical product knowledge into an IT Specialist role.
