At Aerones, I’m establishing enterprise S&OP / IBP for wind-turbine inspection and maintenance robotics, translating sales pipeline into integrated asset, workforce, MRO, and project plans across North America, Europe, and Australia.
I designed and am driving AeroPlan, an end-to-end planning platform replacing fragmented tools with integrated demand, capacity, MRO, roster, and project planning. I also co-lead the Monitor G5-to-NetSuite ERP migration and deliver AI-augmented financial and supply-chain decision tools.
Previously at Kronospan Riga, I led a ~€100M industrial CapEx portfolio and delivered major capacity, recycling, energy, and emissions-reduction projects. My work combines hands-on planning and digital delivery with executive governance for asset-intensive operations.
