I've worked across very different environments — a high-growth IoT scaleup navigating a major acquisition, a newly merged banking infrastructure entity coordinating 20+ teams across several tens of M€ in initiatives, and precision aerospace and defence programmes where delivery failure isn't an option. In each context, I've operated as the person who makes sense of the chaos, builds the system, and gets the teams moving.

I'm a natural remote operator: async-first, specification-driven, and experienced coordinating distributed teams across multiple timezones. I've been based across France, Malaysia, and India over the course of my career, and I'm actively seeking my next fully remote senior engagement globally.
