At Latvijas Mobilais Telefons (LMT), I recovered the AX2012-to-D365 F&O migration after four postponed go-live dates and took it live across 26 departments in September 2026. I built a 320+ scenario UAT framework, ran data validation with Finance, and executed a compressed cutover; all users were live on day one.
At LMT, I run three concurrent programs on a portfolio exceeding €1M and authored the IT Project Governance Framework, piloted across all three programs. I also completed an inventory catalogue transformation as LMT's PMO counterpart to PwC.
Previously, I was client-side PM for Caljan's seven-country D365 F&O, PLM, Lasernet labelling, and infrastructure program, with CEO- and VP-level SteerCo accountability and budget authority on a program exceeding €3M. Earlier, I ran branch operations at Riga Coding School and led teams and budgets in education and sports organizations.
